Hi friends this is my second blog n hey this blog is on a specific topic of staying fit.
Staying fit is not just a physical thing but also a mental thing 2. Now there is nothing called little exercise ne exercise is good. Even just walking is a good exercise. Now for some being fit is having a great physic. Here i would like 2 give u some tips on staying fit. It is just giving 10 to 20 minutes a day. That can be netime i.e. in the morning evening netime but just be carefull its should not be right after u have something heavy plz. Now these are all home exercises u need not leave the comfort of u r home 2 do this exercices. You can even do it watching u r favourite channel. Well this is not only for the beginners but also for advanced people 2.
Now lets cut 2 the main part thats the workout.
1. Do Stretches: These are important cause u r body should know that u r going 2 be doing some exercises. These stretches prepares the body for upcoming exercises and hence prevents ne injuries.
2. One place jogging: This is same as jogging but in this u do it on one place only u do not go from place 2 place. Do this for about 5 minutes. This is for beginners advanced people can do it for more time.
3. Skipping: This is a great exercise n my personal favourite. Now most people will start enthusiastically with this but then later will give up soon. This is because the same jump routine becomes boring hence mix it after every minute i.e. Jump,then alternate leg jum etc.

Again do this for about 5 minutes.
4. Jumping Jacks: This is also great exercise 2 burn fats.Do about 500 or for 5 minutes.
5.Crunches: This are great exercise for u r abs. But people forget that abs are alsolike other muscle group they also need rest hence do this for about 2 or 3 times a week.and dont go 2 do 500 but do only about 25 or 50 without compromising form.
well also keep in mind that being healthy means not only exercising but also keeping nutrition and rest. These 3 are like the pillars of health if u even skip one of them u r health goals will be hard 2 accomplish so keep in ming the 3 most important things in "STAYING FIT"
1. Nutrition
2.Exercise
3.Rest
